Publishing house “Dienas Bizness” in cooperation with “BTA Baltic Insurance Company” and SIA “Vastint Latvia” organizes a conference “Real Estate Market Trends in Latvia”.

Trends in real estate market activity have changed and are influenced by various factors, such as the restrictions caused by the pandemic and its consequences, the availability of financing, the demographic aspect, the economic situation in the country as well as political decisions.

How all this affects the demand and supply of real estate and what is the situation in the market we will discuss it during the conference.
